- A digital film prepared for the agreed uses, such as your website, a property campaign or YouTube. Resolution, aspect ratio and any platform requirements are confirmed in the quote.
- A consistent presentation
- We agree how the property name, location, your branding and any music or titles should appear, so the film sits comfortably alongside your other marketing.

Plan the shoot
We confirm the scope, quote, access and a suitable filming date. We talk through presentation, lighting and any weather-dependent exterior shots before the visit.
Film the home
We follow the agreed route through the property, capturing the rooms and details in context. Please arrange access to the agreed spaces and have the home ready to film.
Review and delivery
We edit the film and share it for the review agreed in your quote. Delivery timing, revisions, final files and usage are confirmed as part of the brief.

How long will filming and editing take?
Timing depends on the property and the agreed film. Let us know your launch date when you enquire, so we can confirm availability, the shoot schedule and delivery before you book.
Will the film appear on the PRIME. channel?
Channel features are considered individually. Tell us if you would like the property considered for YouTube as well as commissioning a film for your own marketing. Publication and audience numbers are not guaranteed.
Can we book video and photography together?
Yes, enquire about both together. We can plan a shared brief and discuss the time and deliverables needed for each.
