Published tour pages load YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player when you open the page. On the homepage, the player loads when you select “Watch the film”. These actions connect to YouTube, which receives technical information needed to provide its service, such as your IP address and browser information. YouTube handles information under its own policies when you use its service. Agent links open services with their own privacy notices. This version of the website uses no analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies of its own.
How long we keep information
We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to handle the request, related follow-up and any records we are required to keep. We remove it when it is no longer needed for those purposes.
