What you receive.

A considered set of finished photographs for the uses agreed in your brief. We plan the spaces, image count and delivery requirements around the property and your project.

Interiors and exterior views
Photographs of the agreed rooms, elevations and outdoor spaces, showing both the layout and the character of the home. We discuss the key views before the shoot.
Details that complete the picture
Closer views of materials, craftsmanship and design features where they support the brief, from an architectural detail to a carefully finished interior.
Edited digital photographs
A consistent set of finished images supplied digitally. We agree the image count, file sizes and intended uses, including any website, listing or print requirements, before booking.

Tell us if you need particular crops, a mixture of portrait and landscape images, or a coordinated video tour. These requirements can be included in the quote rather than left until after the shoot.

The home and its setting.

Exterior photography gives the architecture context. At High Beeches, the surrounding woodland and planting are part of the story, alongside the home’s timber, glazing and metal cladding.

How it works.

Understand the property

Share a listing, plans or reference photographs, the location and how the images will be used. We discuss the rooms, features and views that are most important to you.

Prepare for the visit

We agree the scope, quote, access and date. We discuss presentation and lighting, and plan exterior photographs around the conditions where possible.

Photograph the spaces

We work through the agreed shot list, balancing wider room views with the details that give the home its character. Arrange access and have each space ready before the visit.

Edit and deliver

We select and edit the agreed set, then supply the final digital files. Delivery timing, review arrangements and usage are confirmed in the quote.

Before you book.

How many photographs will we receive?

The number is agreed for your project before booking. It depends on the property, the spaces you need covered and how you plan to use the images. Include any minimum image count in your enquiry.

Can we use the photographs online and in print?

Tell us where you want to publish them, including property listings, websites, brochures or advertising. We confirm permitted usage and the required file formats in your quote.

How should we prepare the property?

Have the agreed rooms and outdoor spaces tidy, accessible and ready to photograph. Clear everyday clutter, check lighting and tell us about any areas or personal items that should stay out of shot.

What happens if the weather is unsuitable?

We discuss weather-dependent exterior work when planning the shoot. If conditions affect the agreed brief, we will discuss the available options with you.

Can you also make a video tour?

Yes, you can enquire about a combined photography and video project. We will discuss a coordinated shoot and quote for the work you need.

Tell us what you have in mind.

Send the property location, a listing or project link, the service you need and your preferred timing. Include where you plan to use the finished work, and we’ll discuss a quote.
